We are delighted to have lodged an Application for Planning Permission for 149 new homes in Wauchope, Craigmillar on behalf of Cruden Homes (East) Ltd.
This exciting development for Wauchope phases 4, 5 and 6 are final phases of the Wauchope Square Masterplan and their completions will complete the physical regeneration in this neighbourhood of Craigmillar. The proposals include 2 and 3 bedroom houses and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats in a mix of tenures including private sale.
Permission is expected to be granted in September 2016 with a start on site likely by the end of 2016.
