Our latest affordable housing development of 60 new homes, at the Former Primary School site in Wallyford, is a step closer today following the Planning Committee’s minded to grant decision.
Prepared on behalf of CCG for East Lothian Council the proposals will provide much-needed affordable housing within East Lothian offering a range of accommodation from 1-bed flats to 4-bed homes on a derelict piece of brownfield land.
Forming an avenue which wraps around a central green space, this new development makes use of existing green infrastructure and provides connections into existing pathways and green space which helps to integrate this development with its surroundings.
