Our project at Springwell House for AMA (New Town) Ltd is now complete.
The retrofit, conversion and refurbishment of the Category C Listed existing building alongside new-build townhouses and flats has created a high-quality development in the West of Edinburgh.
In particular, the design makes the most of the existing building form to create some truly unique living spaces. Significant fabric repairs and bringing the buildings up to current technical standards will protect the architectural heritage for generations to come.
The project also plays an important part in the regeneration of Gorgie, providing city living within easy reach of local public transport and amenities.
