Success for our residential and conservation project at Springwell House for AMA (New Town) Ltd which won Development of the Year in the Herald Property Awards 2022 on 29 September.
There was some great competition, and we are proud that this project has received industry recognition for positive contribution it has made to the local community and for the high-quality development of a valuable historic building. The project provides 47 new energy-efficient homes in the converted building, a new extension and a separate block of townhouses.
Well done to Project Architect Nick Cunningham and Director Graham Acheson, and the wider SSM team who were involved during the course of the design and construction of this fantastic project.
