Our project at the former St. Kentigern’s Church, Edinburgh has been nominated for Build to Rent Development of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards.
Working closely with Lar Housing Trust, the proposals allowed for the careful restoration of the existing church, once in disrepair, to form four unique townhouses, all of which pay respect to the previous use of the building through retention of key architectural features.
Alongside the church restoration, 10 new flats were also built. Each flat provides bright, spacious accommodation overlooking the Union Canal.
