We’re delighted to end the year with a shortlisting for our project at Buccleuch Street, Dalkeith, in the Regeneration Project of the Year category in the Scottish Property Awards.
Located at Buccleuch Street, Dalkeith, this mixed-use town centre development provides six Passivhaus certified flats with the existing street facing building refurbished to provide four flats above two retail units.
The development not only promotes strong environmental credentials by providing low-energy affordable housing to Passivhaus standards but also promotes social sustainability through revitalisation of an existing town centre building, encouraging people to live and work within the town centre.
