Karen McKinlay

I joined the team at the start of 2023 as the Finance Administrator. I provide comprehensive support to the Directors on all financial aspects of the business. My key tasks include project invoicing, producing management accounts, and regular financial reporting.

I also manage payroll and offer behind-the-scenes assistance with Human Resources processes. I have been instrumental in implementing new software packages to enhance our financial management capabilities.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing my interests in cycling and travel. I love combining these interests by embarking on biking adventures in new places.
