2020 has been a challenging year for us all, and our team have come together to support the Citadel Youth Centre in Edinburgh to ensure everyone has a wonderful Christmas.
This week Claire and Rick of SSM were excited to play Santa and deliver Christmas gifts generously donated by our staff team to Ryan McKay, Natasha Iregbu and Willy Barr at the Citadel. It was great to catch up and hear of the Citadel’s plans over Christmas and for the future!
Along with these presents, SSM have made donation to the Citadel in lieu of hosting our usual Christmas dinner and party. These funds will further support the families, children and teenagers who come to the Citadel and we hope that these donations will go a little way in making the Citadel’s children and families’ Christmas more special.
The Citadel provides support to local families and a safe place for local kids to meet engage in fun activities and learn new skills. Their fantastic youth workers are on hand to offer advice and support to anyone who needs it, playing a vital community resource.
