We have submitted a planning application for the residential-led, mixed use regeneration of the former March Street Mills in Peebles.
Working with WhiteburnProjectsLimited, we have designed a new neighbourhood of two, three and four bed homes alongside retained existing allotments, Gate House and Boiler House & Engine Shed.
Our design has been enhanced by learnings taken from two public consultations with the local community. Plans include extension of the Gate House to create a new unique home and conversion of the Boiler House & Engine Shed for a future employment opportunity.
We look forward to taking this project forward for the Peebles community.
