From today (22 June 2026), Smith Scott Mullan has transitioned to employee ownership, with owners Graham Acheson, Eugene Mullan and Rick McCluggage transferring their shares to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

PLANNING GRANTED FOR THE FALKIRK WHEEL VISITOR CENTRE

We have obtained Planning Permission on behalf of Scottish Canals for the retrofit and refurbishment of the Visitor Centre at the Falkirk Wheel, one of Scotland’s top visitor attractions and the world’s only rotating boat lift.
