Kingdom Housing Association Framework Success

Procurement Frameworks provide a great opportunity to provide our clients with a consistent and high quality service based on a full understanding of their requirements and their operating context.

We have been on the Kingdom Housing Association Framework since 2016 and are delighted to have been appointed to their most recent Framework for Architect and Multi-Discipline Design Team services.

Kingdom HA work across East Central Scotland, providing 4,000 affordable homes and an enviable record of providing social rent housing, mid-market housing and Kingdom Support and Care to help people to live independently in the community.

Smith Scott Mullan Associates are currently designing two schemes for Kingdom in Alloa. Elm Grove (54 houses) which is currently on site; and Engelen Drive (10 houses) which is at planning design stage.

The Framework is open for use by Fife, Falkirk and Perth & Kinross Councils providing a significant opportunity for the successful consultants. Thanks to Will Rudd, EDP Consulting Engineers, Thomas & Adamson and F3 Surveyors for forming a great team and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Kingdom HA for the next 4 years.
