Merry Christmas from Smith Scott Mullan Associates!
Our team enjoyed Christmas lunch at Vesta Edinburgh, part of the Social Bite group working to end homelessness in Scotland.
Some highlights from 2022 include our Passive house projects at Burnbrae and Buccleuch starting on site, Springwell House winning the Herald Scotland Property Awards Development of the Year, several completed affordable housing projects welcoming new tenants at Beanburn, Longniddry and Nursery Avenue in Stranraer as well as community project Whitburn Partnership Centre opening doors to serve it’s community.
Over the holidays, our office will close on the 26th of December, returning 2nd of January.
In 2023 we look forward to moving into our new studio at No.10 Rutland Square in central Edinburgh and welcoming you for a visit!
