This year Scottish Housing Day is encouraging people to think about how the housing sector can better support people in later life, as their needs and priorities change.

We have received the professional photos for one of our other recently completed mixed-use developments for Midlothian Council. Located at Buccleuch Street, Dalkeith, this mixed-use development provides 6no. Passivhaus certified flats with the existing street facing building refurbished to provide 4no. flats above 2no. retail units.

Along with Scottish Borders Housing Association, we'll be in Selkirk on Tuesday for a pre-application consultation for a residential development of around 25 two-storey affordable homes on a site at Linglie Road, Selkirk.
