Silverlea Planning Application Submitted
Smith Scott Mullan Associates have submitted a Planning Application for 142 new affordable homes in north Edinburgh for Cruden Building (East) of the Cruden Group, on behalf of The City of Edinburgh Council. Working alongside Will Rudd , Hulley and Kirkwood and Hardies Property & Construction Consultants, the homes will be developed to meet the Council’s Net Zero Carbon ambitions and include blue-green bio-solar roofs to the flatted blocks, PV panels, open swales to handle rainwater and communal air source heat pump technology.
