Working to fulfil Midlothian Council’s ambitious aspiration of becoming carbon net zero by 2030, as part of their climate change strategy, we have developed detailed plans for 134 affordable homes, including 98 Passive House units for the site of the former Newbattle High School in Dalkeith.
