CDM CO-ORDINATOR

The role of CDM Co-ordinator has developed since its introduction in 1994 under the CDM Regulations. Our CDM Co-ordinator, Jim Dunney, is also a qualified architectural technician and a registered Clerk of Works, with over 30 years’ experience in the building industry.

We supply this service both on projects where we are architects and as an independent service to other clients. In addition to his role as CDM Co-ordinator, Jim’s broad experience enables him to contribute widely on many of the practical issues facing design teams during the construction process.
