As the first phase of the redevelopment of Niddrie, this project acted as a visible signal of the regeneration of this area of Craigmillar and provided a neighbourhood of mixed tenure accommodation.

One of the key features is a small public park at the heart of the neighbourhood which is overlooked by 3-storey buildings.
