The Practice is part of the R3 Consortium, currently preferred bidder of one of Scotland’s biggest urban regeneration projects. This £125m project involves the wholesale transformation of the Raploch Estate, Stirling’s most deprived area.

Work has now begun on the first mixed tenure housing site of 215 units adjacent to a new community education campus and village square.
