The study, for a 450ha site, comprised a comprehensive analysis of the area and development proposals for a future spatial framework.

One of the key elements was to help integrate strategic proposals for rail, tram, road and cycle routes to ensure communities are connected to the regenerating Waterfront and to public parks and other green areas.
