SSM was part of a multi-discipline team providing a Town Centre Action Plan for a 6ha site in Easterhouse. The objective was to create a coherent town centre which fulfils the role of both a regional and a local neighbourhood centre.

Proposals are supported by economic assessment, and an implementation and management plan.
