Cruden/Wimpey

The Practice is part of the R3 Consortium, currently preferred bidder for one of Scotland’s biggest urban regeneration projects.  This £125m project will involve the wholesale transformation of the Raploch Estate, Stirling’s most deprived area. 

Detail design is currently underway for the first mixed tenure housing site of 215 units at the centre of the neighbourhood.
