ALISTAIR SCOTT - DIRECTOR
One of the Practice founders, Alistair has wide experience of all aspects of architecture from the design of high quality individual buildings to major urban regeneration projects. As Design Director, he has contributed to almost all of the Practice's major commissions.
Educated at Glasgow School of Art, he worked in London and abroad prior to setting up practice in Edinburgh. His design enthusiasms include developing a contemporary architecture which makes a positive contribution to our cities and the design of sustainable, low energy buildings.
Alistair contributes to various magazines, radio and TV programmes and has acted as a visiting tutor on various architectural courses. He lives in Edinburgh with his wife and two young children and is interested in sports, arts and travel to almost anywhere.
